About Us The Valley Solid Waste Commission is responsible for planning and managing solid waste programs in Carleton and Victoria Counties.

Your Representatives Commission members are appointed to represent the public of Carleton and Victoria Counties.

Jurisdiction The Valley Region is located on the North Western side of the province of New Brunswick, along the beautiful Saint John River Valley.

4. Southern Valley Transfer Station
located in the Woodstock Industrial Park

5. Contracts with two landfills for disposal services at the COGERNO
and the South West Solid Waste Commission facilities.
